Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Faith Comes By Hearing has a full-time position available for a Production Manager who will supervise and coordinate the activities of Production, Printing, and Shipping; as well as formulate policies, manage daily operations, and plan the use of materials and human resources to meet the related ministry goals.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

 Analyzes orders and forecasts, to make inventory decisions, equipment and staffing needs.
 Analyze data to measure productivity
 Communicates quality control information to departments, outside vendors, and contractors
 Develops, adjusts, and maintains proper inventory levels
 Stays current on equipment and applications
 Creates, adjusts, and maintains quality standards

Other Information/Requirements: 

 Knowledge of Production and Management principles
 Knowledge of related accounting principles for analysis and reporting
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Proficiet Microsoft Office Suite
 Team building ability
 Ability to determine whether product and processes meet acceptable quality standards
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3 years related experience in operations management
