Main Areas of Responsibility:
Oversees the operational execution of the Girl Scout Cookie Program and Fall Product Program, ensuring a positive experience for Girl Scouts, volunteers, caregivers, and community partners. This position manages inventory, financial reconciliation, volunteer support, customer service, training, rewards, and program logistics while collaborating across departments and with external vendors.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for achieving council goals related to participation, revenue, member engagement, and financial literacy outcomes. Through strong project management, inventory oversight, and volunteer support, this role ensures that Girl Scouts gain valuable entrepreneurial and financial literacy skills through high-quality product program experiences.
