Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Under general supervision, plans, implements and evaluates sexual violence prevention projects, including delivering short and long-term educational presentations/workshops, develop and implement community organizing initiatives aimed at preventing sexual assault and abuse and conducts outreach to underserved populations.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Develop, implement, and evaluate projects and curricula targeting male youth that will address all aspects of sexual violence (including anti-oppression issues)
• Initiate, develop and manage work plans for youth projects

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree
• Clear understanding and experience within an anti-oppression framework, gender-based violence, and social justice.
• Experience in program development, community based evaluation, and group facilitation
• Demonstrated understanding and analysis on race, class, gender, immigration, globalization, and ability to weave this analysis throughout work
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills
• Experience with public speaking and audience engagement
