Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The CEO reports to a very active, committed board and is charged with the overall leadership and strategic guidance of one of New Mexico’s most well respected non-profits, one with a long history of making a significant and positive impact on the behavioral and spiritual health of our community. Samaritan currently operates with an annual budget of $2 M, a staff of nearly 35 employees, including many licensed counselors and clinical psychologists.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Seeking a faith-based consensus builder with a proven track record in fiscal management and growth, particularly with managed care model. A passion-centered leader and communicator with skill in developing a performance-based culture among diverse dedicated mental health professionals. A transparent and charismatic leader and diplomat, skilled in delivering measurable, cost-effective results that enhance the mission and vision of Samaritan. Significant fundraising experience is a must.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The CEO will possess an MBA, Ph.D., Psy.D., D. Min., or other advanced degree in a related field. He or she will have a remarkable and progressive work history in a related environment, including signficant and multi-discipline leadership responsibilities.
