Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The President and CEO is responsible for growing the foundation’s endowment, donor-advised funds, program resources and operational funding to support the success and development of impact-oriented nonprofit organizations across the state through capacity building, grantmaking, fiscal sponsorship and endowment building.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Supported by a professional staff, dedicated board of directors and engaged community partners, the President and CEO will enjoy an opportunity to articulate and execute the new strategic direction for the organization; one that will strengthen the foundation’s philanthropic impact in service to nonprofits and communities throughout the state.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. An advanced degree in finance, business, nonprofit management, community development, public administration, law and/or other professional practice(s) is preferred.
