Main Areas of Responsibility:
The President of St. Felix Pantry will facilitate the long range plans of the Pantry and will develop and assume the implementation of strategic plans as approved by the board. Those plans will align with the values, expectations and goals of Felician sponsored ministries while promoting the financial stability and viability of the Pantry.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
•Develops a strategic plan that enhances the Pantry’s mission and objectives and promotes the financial stability, viability and sustainability of this ministry
•Effectively manages the human resources of the Pantry
•Develops and implements policies for the operation of the Pantry
•Recommends annual budget for Board approval and manages the Pantry’s resources within the budget guidelines.
