Main Areas of Responsibility:
Daytime/evening work. Assists in implementing activities designed to promote the social, physical and intellectual growth of children, maintaining classroom records, cleanliness and safety. Maintains daily open communication with parents and attend in-service and staff meetings.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent; 45-hour entry-level course required or completed within 6 months of hire date; one year of qualified experience working with children; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred; CDA-Childhood Development Associates or CDC – Childhood Development Certification preferred.
