Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Daytime/evening work. Assists in implementing activities designed to promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, maintaining classroom records, cleanliness, and safety. Maintain daily open communication with parents and attend in-service and staff meetings.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This position requires a H.S.diploma or GED equivalent; 45 hour entry-level course required or completed within 6 months of hire date; 1 year of qualified experience working with children, bilingual in English/Spanish preferred; CDA-Childhood Development Associates or CDC –Childhood Development Certification preferred.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Pay range starts at $14.16 per hour/$29,452 annually, DOE. Catholic Charities’ provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and PTO benefits.
