Pre Professional Education Program Manager

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Pre-Professional Education Program Director has overall responsibility for the strategic advancement and management of Keshet’s Pre-Professional Education Program (KP3) with a focus on curriculum development, teaching faculty support, student support, scheduling, logistics, and community engagement.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Curriculum development/oversight
• Training of teaching faculty
• Active member of Keshet’s teaching faculty
• Oversee class and program scheduling
• Determine KP3 class cancellations, additions/changes
• Host KP3 informational meetings
• Coordinate KP3 auditions, level placements, evaluations/check-ins and Kp3 Productions
• Oversight of recruitment tools for KP3 students
• Collaboration with Production team for performances/events

Other Information/Requirements: 

All Keshet Staff are required to have full and up-to-date Covid-19 vaccinations.
This position is in-person, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
