Main Areas of Responsibility: 

To meet the needs of our communities with excellence, we are looking for a Portfolio Quality Officer to help with our collections and asset recovery efforts and to provide outstanding client support. Based in Albuquerque, the Portfolio Quality Officer works directly with clients in the resolution of a host of loan servicing issues, while contributing to the success of their entrepreneurial endeavors.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Provide guidance and support on payment challenges and educate clients about financial and credit management;
• Remain in constant contact with loan clients through a combination of in-person, phone and client business site visits
• Play a central role in shaping the organization’s financial products, services and credit culture

• Must be highly accountable, goal-oriented and thrive in a strictly compliant, problem-solving and upbeat organizational culture;
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred;
• English/Spanish fluency is required; and
• Experience with collections, lending, bankruptcy, property law, or legal assistant/paralegal work is highly desirable.
