Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Portfolio Quality Officer (PQO) is responsible for monitoring the loan portfolio in accordance to repayment agreements and collecting delinquent payments, minimizing losses and ensuring maximum recoveries. The PQO communicates with past due clients via site visits, phone calls and written communication; exercises outstanding customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills and provides financial counseling.
