Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• Organize and coordinate the SWLC’s PFML Coalition meetings, agendas and draft minutes for members
• Coordinate special projects, including local and statewide educational and advocacy events
• Develop working relationships with business entities, Chambers of Commerce, small businesses, legislators
• Oversee social media and website management, including creating media content around SWLC’s priorities

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum of a bachelor's degree. Experience with building coalitions, social media, platforms and other communications experience. Have outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail. Able to work with unlikely allies, problem-solving skills, ability to travel around the state and work some evening and weekend hours.
