Main Areas of Responsibility:
Develop and implement plant-based eating program to expand plant-based eating in New Mexico, Establish partnerships with institutions, government agencies, businesses, and through strategic public outreach. Research successful models to determine community readiness; create and implement three-year plan. Establish and utilize a community-based health care professional ambassador committee to maximize impact.
