Placement Specialist

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Placement Specialist screens referrals & performs intakes & assessments on potential admissions into our Treatment Foster Care Program. An independent license such as LISW, LPCC or LMFT is required.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Coordinates the pre-placement process, completes match assessments, manages pre-authorizations from MCOs, coordinates with referral sources and sets up admissions.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Experience working with children with emotional and behavioral disturbances.
Must have LISW, LPCC or LMFT Licensure to apply.
