Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Physician shall provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the medical processes in the ambulatory/primary care setting. The Physician shall provide clinical leadership for Primary Care staff and assist with other Primary Care duties as needed. The Physician shall serve as a positive role model to promote a positive work environment and provide quality patient care. Ensures adherence to FNCH/departmental policies and procedures and fully complies with all HIPAA mandates
