Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We’re looking for an experienced fundraiser and manager to lead our Advancement team. You’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the team, helping us to hit our ambitious fundraising goals and allowing us to better serve our communities and create lasting economic change.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Manage and supervise members of the advancement staff.
• Develop and manage fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals, annual and capital campaigns, sustainable revenue portfolio, communications and events.
• Oversee and support donor development, stewardship, stakeholder relations, grant submissions and fulfillment, events, and other cultivation and solicitation activities.
• Upholds Accion’s organizational values.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• You should have a passion for increasing economic opportunity and access to capital.
• A bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Administration, Public Relations, Communication or related field is preferred.
• Seven years’ experience in fundraising and advancement with three years in a management capacity preferred.
