Philanthropy Coordinator

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We are looking for a Philanthropy Coordinator who understand fundraising and database functionality and is a passionate champion of our mission to join our Philanthropy Team. The Philanthropy Coordinator will maintain the accuracy and operations of DreamSpring’s Salesforce fundraising database to support the Philanthropy team in meeting its annual goals.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

-Manage a comprehensive, accurate fundraising database to ensure accuracy and integrity of all data and accounts.
-Generate reports and perform donor/giving analysis for the Philanthropy Team.
-Prepare, mail and record acknowledgments to donors.
-Produce mailing lists for, and assist in, the production of bulk mailings, invitations, appeals, and donor outreach campaigns.
-Assist with special events including defining roles and goals for the working team, day of event logistics, and event follow up.

Other Information/Requirements: 

-Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience working on a fundraising team preferred.
-Database experience required; experience with managing a donor database preferred. Specific experience with Salesforce is a plus.
-Experience coordinating events a plus.
Must have a passion for increasing economic opportunity and access to capital.
