Main Areas of Responsibility:
Process/ensure employee payroll accuracy. Calculate hourly ratings and time studies for associate payroll. Update staff/associate information in automated and manual files. Review time sheets for accuracy, per policies and procedures, and entry in payroll databases. Resolve discrepancies. Confidentiality of staff/client files. Compliance of State/Federal laws in payment of minimum and sub-minimum wages. Compile various payroll reports.
