Main Areas of Responsibility:
Perform all functions of payroll to include entering timesheets, reconciling entries to source documents, payroll tax deposits and payroll tax reportings. Perform clerical level accounting work such as reconcile accounts, pay bills, process payroll, and produce financial reports. Experience with MIP Fund Accounting software is preferred and proficiency in Excel. Document work performed and track time spent on particular projects to ensure accurate client billing.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Payroll Specialist position may be able to work a flexible schedule depending on client needs and payroll schedules. This position will work 40 hours per week in a regular office setting. Work location may be at either the NPBOR office or at a client’s office dependent upon NPBOR needs.
