Payment Processing Specialist

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Detail-oriented person devoted to accuracy in the recording of account records and the receipt of corresponding payments. The Payment Processing Specialist is responsible for the daily operations of payroll deduction payments, supporting the staff, aiding volunteers and temporary employees, and providing customer service to donors and their employers.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products, data entry skills, database management, excellent communication skills, flexibility, independence, critical thinking, commitment to team settings, understanding of internal and external customers, working at computer workstation for long periods, researching differences in pledge records/employer payments, and communicating with employers to obtain accurate records.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, three years’ experience in data entry and database management and excellent communication skills. Applicant must possess a valid New Mexico driver’s license.
