Main Areas of Responsibility:
UWCNM is seeking a Payment Processing Assistant to be primarily responsible for processing payroll deduction payments, working with company payroll departments and monitoring and resolving needs both external and internal.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Implement the new payroll deduction payment processing procedures. Suggest & implement ways to improve the procedures. Work closely with Accounts Receivable to post in timely manger. Monitor pledge-loss issues and work with staff and company representatives concerning non-payment. Perform account maintenance activities.
