Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provide direct client services and support to patients and their families. Conduct intakes on families that lodge with Casa Esperanza and from outside referrals. Help patients navigate through the cancer care continuum to eliminate barriers to care. Provide practical assistance such as helping clients complete applications for assistance. Collaborate with other agencies to provide resources, educational information and refer clients as needed.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Administrative duties, clerical office work. Gather statistics and work with program director on data analysis. Vending machine shopping, stocking and counting money. Some inventory purchasing tracking and responsibilities.
