Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Roadrunner Food Bank is seeking a courteous and experienced Partner Service Representative. If you are looking for an exciting environment where you can make a difference in the feeding industry, Roadrunner Food Bank is that organization.

As a member of the Information Systems Team, the PSR will address partner agency phone calls and emails while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience addressing customer needs in both verbal and nonverbal communication platforms, strong organizational and documentation skills and the ability to learn and follow predefined processes.

Spanish speaking applicants are highly preferred.
