Main Areas of Responsibility:
Review and record pertinent information into communication log.
Label and store medications; provide residents access to their medications per the Medication Handling policy.
Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
Make regular security checks of the facility.
Answer phone, log bed inquiries, provide excellent customer service to callers and referrals/resources as needed.
Conduct curfew checks, bed checks and chore checks.
Open and close the kitchen for meals as necessary.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Restock shelter supplies
Provide resident transportation as needed
Adhere to confidentiality policy for residents and of their records
Promote and encourage safety and clear communication
Provide exceptional customer service and be responsive to our residents' needs
Record donations
Attend staff meetings and trainings as scheduled
Be aware of emergency procedures
Serve as back up for Intakes and Discharges
Other duties as assigned
