Part-Time UNM Work Study - Training Coordinator Assistant

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist Project Coordinator w/Center for Nonprofit Excellence's regular nonprofit capacity building trainings. *Review event and email registrations and edit based on CNPE guildelines *Help w/compiling event materials and event participant lists. *Following an event, send electronic receipts, check for participant list accuracy in database, check event status, and include presenters in database. *Attend mtngs relevant to trainings, if applicable. *Assist w/evaluation and reporting.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Keep Center for Nonprofit Excellence email list up to date and assist w/editing and adding content to website. *Review bouncebacks from emails and make changes in database. *Review unsubscribes from regular emails and make changes in database. *Assist w/editing and adding content to website. *Assist w/database projects.

Other Information/Requirements: 

*Proficient w/Microsoft Office 2007. *Clear communication and writing skills. *Attention to detail. *Ability to work w/diverse groups on projects. *Interest in the nonprofit community in NM and capacity building content. *Familiarity w/and experience using database software. *Experience working or volunteering w/a nonprofit org. *Participation in coursework relevant to nonprofit mngmt.
