Part Time Customer Relations / Program Specialist

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Big Brothers Big Sisters Mountain Region is looking for a community focused energetic team player to join our program team. Program tasks include interviewing, conducting background checks, training, and community outreach. The Program Specialist will work closely with the Spanish speaking population of Northern New Mexico and will require strong Spanish speaking skills. Experience with diverse populations preferred.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, exemplary customer service, experience working with youth and families, technical skills with databases and Microsoft office suite, strong oral and written communication skills, and problem solving abilities. Some irregular hours and travel necessary.
