Part-Time Case Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

As a Service Coordinator (Case Manager), you would provide case management for in-crisis, runaway and homeless youth who reside at Transitional Living Program (TLP); provide oversight of TLP systems and services including life skills education, file maintenance and program facility, equipment and vehicles.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

$14.28 per hour plus retirement package.

24 hours per week, requires working evenings and weekends.
Weekly Schedule:
Thursday -- 8am to 4pm; Friday -- 12pm to 8pm or 2pm to 10pm; Saturday or Sunday -- 10am to 6pm or 2pm to 10pm.

Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance required.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Case management experience required. Bachelor's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field with two years relevant experience (experience with homeless youth, preferred) OR Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field with one year relevant experience.
