Outreach Worker

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Outreach worker spends 30 of 40 hours per week in the community engaging homeless folks and attempting to provide linkage to services. Non traditional hours required.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Will bring water, blankets, other basics to homeless in the community while out.

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA in human service related field preferred.
AA with extensive experience in outreach.
Knowledge of Harm Reducation and vein care required.
