Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Deliver education, outreach and in-person assistanct to link persons experiencing homelessness to appropriate health coverage.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Must be willing to be certified both a Health Care Guide and Determiner for PE-MOSA. Position will require working outside office setting and some non-traditional hours.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requires High School or equivalent and 2 years experience in social services or benefit enrollment; valid NM driver's license and good driving record. Must have good communication and customer service skills. Must be proficient with computers. Bilingual preferred.
