Outreach and Education Worker (OEW)

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Deliver education, outreach and in person assistance to link persons experiencing homelessness to appropriate health coverage. Must be willing and able to be certified both as a Health Care Guide and Determiner for PE-MOSA.

Other Information/Requirements: 

High School diploma or equivalent.
2 years experience in benefit enrollment or social services.
Valid NM driver's license and clean driving record
Must have good communication and customer service skills.
Computer proficiency required.
Position will require working outside office setting and some non-traditional hours.
Bilingual preferred.
