Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Deliver education, outreach and in-person assistance to link persons experiencing homelessness to appropriate health coverage.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Position will require working outside the office setting and some non-traditional work hours.

Other Information/Requirements: 

High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years experience in benefit enrollment other other social service experience. Must be willing to be certified both as a Health Care Guide and Determiner for PE-MOSA. Must be proficient with computers and have good communication and customer service skills. Must have NM driver's license and good driving record.
