Out-of-School Youth Specialist (Contract Position)

Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Deliver JAG competencies through project-based, experiential learning tailored to participant needs. Create and manage IDPs, build relationships with stakeholders, and facilitate service-learning, field trips, job shadows, and leadership via the Career Association. Provide guidance, connect to services, track activities in the JAG database, support participants for 12 months post-program, and attend meetings and trainings.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Implementation of the JAG Model:
Fully implement the JAG OOS Program per the official handbook.
Seek innovation through collaboration with other Specialists.
Provide feedback to strengthen the model for future implementation.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience accepted. Experience with disconnected youth and trauma-informed practices. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, build trust, and use basic tech platforms (Google Workspace)

$50,000-56,000 year DOE
