Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for greeting and helping clients and visitors to NAPPR. Handling incoming phone calls and other communications, managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, performing other general clerical, secretarial, and organizational support and projects as assigned.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Manage front security door entry of visitors.
• Answer the telephone and assist caller as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality of clients and employees.
• Assist with basic clerical tasks as requested such as making copies, preparing envelopes, preparing and disseminating referral packets, parent handbooks, and other tasks as requested by various NAPPR employees.
