Operations Support Specialist

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position provides administrative support to our Operations Department. Duties include:
• Generate orders for all RRFB programs
• Handle incoming Agency calls
• Prepare sales orders for deliveries
• Manage return orders
• Manage perishable push process
• Post and file all Agency sales orders
• Maintain a consistent level of superior customer service
• Assist with inventory counts and adjustments

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Some limited work in the warehouse will also be required.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Qualifications:
• High school or GED degree, and 6 months related experience and/or training.
• Extensive computer skills required
o Preferred experience with inventory management system or ordering system
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Ability to keep documents and files organized
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
