Main Areas of Responsibility:
Serves as a critical member of our support team to ensure payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable are processed timely. Provides support for the Executive Director and Development Director in ensuring we are financially stable.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
General administrative duties including answering phone calls, working with our CPA, payroll company, benefits providers, preparation of bank deposits, liaison with vendors. Maintain employee files, assist with on-boarding. Assist with fund raising efforts such as tracking of donor income, logistical planning for events, annual appeal letters and donor communication.
