Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Operations Manager is responsible for providing administrative, membership and programmatic support for the organization’s operations.
• Customer service and office administration
• Management of program registration and payments
• Process memberships, renewals and associated payments
• Update, maintain and improve database
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Writing and dispersing donor acknowledgements
• Administrative support for the Director including collating board reports, grant packages
• Work with the CENTER team to administer the programs, events, and fundraisers
• Program support the annual programs including photographic awards, portfolio review conferences, exhibitions, membership and fundraising events
• On-site event support
