Operations Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Operations Manager will work in collaboration with the Store Committee appointed by the Archdiocesan Council of Santa Fe, to carry out the mission of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in managing operational, administrative, and financial functions of the Thrift Store and Clearinghouse, and supervising employees.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Interacts closely with internal staff and external Committee members creating policies and procedures and associated job aids for all aspects of the operations associated with the Thrift Store and Clearinghouse. Oversee warehouse and thrift store processes and infrastructure that supports the mission of St. Vincent de Paul.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Garner support, both financial and volunteer to support the needs of the Store Committee, Archdiocesan Council of Santa Fe, Thrift Store and Clearinghouse.

Bachelor's degree, Five years operations/retail management, Three years accounting/bookkeeping; two as a supervisor.
