Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for efficiency across the organization including human resources, office management, fiscal management and organizational compliance. Contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. Interacts with the Board of Directors. Provides day-to-day office functions as well as organization-wide support. Committed to the organization mission and values.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Manages and negotiates contracts with office vendors, service providers, and lease management in compliance with NMCAN’s Minority, Women, and Youth Owned Small Business Enterprises Policy
• Manages overall financial management, planning, systems and controls including managing accounts payable and receivable and ensuring proper systems for bookkeeping
• Manages employee benefits and processes
