Operations Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Simon Charitable Foundation seeks a highly experienced and competent Operations Manager. The ideal candidate has multiple years of direct, hands-on experience in the following areas: Financial systems with oversight of AP and budgets; basic IT for Mac office and website support (WordPress platform); Grants administration; DB administration (familiarity with Salesforce is a plus); program evaluation; facility operations; some administrative support to CEO and COO

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Demonstrated expertise with Mac OSX and Mac Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and Excel are a must.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Individual must be a self-starter, able to handle confidential information, excellent interpersonal and professional skills, multi-tasker, have project management experience and be a team player. Being bilingual is a definite plus, but not required. The Simon Charitable Foundation is a small organization and there may be occasional need to provide support for other areas.
