Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Operations Manager works with TREC’s Associate Director, Executive Director and nine Western field offices to maintain and create effective systems and processes. With guidance and direction from the Associate Director, this position is responsible for overseeing operations, supervision of part-time administrative staff, managing the office, providing program, evaluation and event logistics support. Edit documents and assume final responsibility for appearance, accuracy, and timeliness.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Oversee administrative support functions, including supervision of administrative assistant. Oversee the administration of travel reimbursements; review documentation and approve payout checks. Oversee monthly employee timesheet tracking, review and analysis. Oversee website for timeliness and accuracy including database maintenance and listserv functioning. Lead in providing assistance to the Executive Director, Associate Director and field staff’s utilization of needed technology.
