Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Operations Director will be responsible for the overall management of the organization. In communication with the Founder, the Operations Director is responsible for establishing the organization's goals and objectives and developing and implementing a means to meet the goals and objectives. The Operations Director will manage all office functions as well as a team of staff and volunteers. The Operations Director will report to the Board of Directors.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Manage office and clinical staff and all volunteers
Organize training and volunteer background checks
Schedule volunteers for patients
Assist the Founder with tracking donors, grant-writing, and other fundraising efforts, including an annual fundraising event
Work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure strong governance and productive working relationships, organize and run Board meetings
Ensure calm and good humored administration in a busy environment
