Operations Coordinator

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Operations Coordinator supports the overall day-to-day operation of the agency and serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, with a goal of making it as easy as possible for the staff of CLN to focus on working towards the mission of the organization.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Serves as the “face” of CLN by welcoming guests and performing a variety of administrative functions
• Performs project-based and long-term tasks
• Plans all logistics for the management of all operational needs
• Orders and tracks office supplies and equipment
• Researches and identifies areas where CLN can continue to improve operations
• Assists with the logistics for events, fundraising, mailings to donors, tours, etc.
• Administers and maintains all policies and procedures for the Agency

Other Information/Requirements: 

• 2+ yrs experience in an operations/administrative support position
• High School graduate
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle multiple assignments & meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work in a “roll up your sleeves” culture yet work independently
• Proficient in business software & ability to learn new applications and programs
• Supportive of the mission & passionate about making an impact in our community
