Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Operations Assistant serves as the organization’s first point of contact. In addition to greeting and assisting all constituents of the organization, the Operations Assistant is responsible for maintaining lines of communication across departments of the organization. Helping to ensure the smooth functioning of the office is a top priority for this role. Reports to the Operations Support Manager.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Front office, clerical, and/or administrative experience necessary. Nonprofit experience is helpful. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software are essential for this role. Cash handing experience is preferred. Exceptional communication skills, time management, and the ability to work independently and as a member of a team are considered fundamental to this position.
