Main Areas of Responsibility:
We are looking for a full-time Operations Assistant interested in building a long term relationship with our organization. Duties will be wide-ranging and will include tasks that support organization wide operations and administrative tasks in order to place Casa de Salud in the best possible position to serve our community.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Duties will include: document & spreadsheet creation & management; data entry & reconciliation; cash reconciliation & reporting; invoicing; reporting; signage & flyer design; inventory management and organization; note taking; vendor & contractor communication; handling HIPAA protected information; medical credentialing; running errands; record keeping; lifting, moving & handling office equipment & supplies; and other duties as assigned.
