Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Assistant serves as the organization’s first point of contact; maintains lines of communication with clients, staff, and members of the Board of Directors; ensures office functionality; and provides ongoing and special project assistance across all departments and plays a critical role in maintaining client and donor records. They must demonstrate high quality communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and strong ability to work independently and as a team member.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
This position requires front office/administrative experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software; exceptional communication, time management, and problem solving skills; and the ability to work independently and as a member of a team. These skills are fundamental to this position and will be more important during this unprecedented time of global pandemic.
