Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Offloads delivery trucks, stores/rotates food, conducts pickups, deliveries, restocks, repackages
• Cleans
• Orders food, records meal counts and poundage
• Monitors status of equipment
• Maintains strong relationships with food donors
• Works with food rescue drivers to complete pickup routes
• Completes food pickup routes when needed (this requires 5:30 a.m. start)
• Maintains database
• Trains and guides volunteers in client registration and database entry
• Schedules volunteers
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Requirements:
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Warehouse experience strongly preferred
• Bilingual: English / Spanish
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook)
• Valid New Mexico state driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Ability to operate RGFP vehicles
• High school diploma or equivalency
