Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Operations Administrator (OA) is responsible for accounts payable, credit card accounting, small loan documentation, loan payment processing, credit bureau reporting and closing out paid-in-full accounts. The OA also provides initial IT and technology support to trouble shoot staff‘s technology issues.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The OA must have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task and stay focused, manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines; understand the large organizational picture, balance competing demands and prioritize effectively. The OA must be a strong communicator, an effective team member and be committed to producing great results.
