Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Operations Administrator (OA) processes loan payments, loan paid-in-fulls, provides credit reporting, supports collections and delinquency management efforts, processes accounts payable and supports the annual audit. The OA also provides IT, equipment and technology support.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The OA provides support to the operations, advancement and lending departments in terms of data collections and reporting. The OA produces regular reports that analyze and monitor loan production and servicing. The OA produces special reports to support data analysis requests such as profiling clients from certain business sectors or geographic areas to support loan production and grant compliance reporting.
