Main Areas of Responsibility:
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Office of Stewardship Assistant supports the work of the Office of Stewardship and its Director. Since the Stewardship Assistant interfaces with donors, pastors, parish ministers, as well as the staff of the Annual Catholic Appeal Foundation and the Archdiocesan Finance Department, a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service are required.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Administrates Office of Stewardship grant processes: notifications of grant availability, proposals, submissions with attachments, grant award notifications, communication of requirements and due dates, follow-up reports, grant files, ongoing grants calendar, ongoing meetings with Director, etc.
May be called upon, at the discretion of the Director, to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature or to assist in areas where Catholic Center needs require.
