Office Manager/Administrative Assistant

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Manage a busy office for a nonprofit education organization that works with the 50+ population. Interact with OASIS members, instructors, and the public in a friendly, warm, hospitable manner. Supervise volunteer teams; serve as information and communication source for the office. Work closely with the Executive Director to ensure the smooth running of the OASIS center.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Minimum 5 years experience in managing an office. Experience in supervising volunteers. Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and complex database. Strong experience with bookkeeping and financial record keeping. Ability to write clearly. Must be a customer service oriented person who enjoys working with older adults. Familiarity with equipment for Power Point, DVD, and other common audiovisual presentations preferred.
